Looking for a housemate to move to Chichester.

I'm just trying to get a feel for if there are people in the vicinity who would want to rent a room in Chichester or surrounding areas. I've actually enquired about a few places already so please contact if you are interested.

I'm looking to move to Chichester in the near future due to work relocation. I'm happy to take on the tenancy myself but would not be able to afford rent without a housemate or two confirmed before I/we move in.

I do have a dog as well, so if you were looking to rent a room you'd have to be ok with him (he's absolutely beautiful and a lovely dog). I have long hours at work, so if you're ok with dogs and don't mind him being around that's an absolute bonus for me and him.
