I have recently moved to Chichester and bought this house, decorated, and am now looking for a housemate to rent my spare room. I enjoy living here and am sure others would too.
The spare bedroom is a good size with a shared bathroom on the ground floor off the kitchen.
The room is offered with a seperate basement room included within the price which could be used for storage or whatever you would like.
I haven't yet furnished the bedroom but will if needed.
There is on street parking with a permit which is easy to get for £35 pa.
I'm very relaxed and will happily discuss the property and how it could work with anyone that might be interested as I am obviously looking for the right person to move in.
