My current flatmate is moving out and have a great fully furnished double room available in a very modern split level apartment in central Chichester. Its in an ideal location just seconds walk from the town centre.
There is a kitchen with washing machine, living area, downstairs toilet, 2 double bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with shower and under stairs storage. As well as broadband.
I work in the town full time, and always one weekend day. I'm very easy going and keep the place clean and tidy.
Water, gas, electric and broadband are all included in rent.
