Flat mate wanted!

I live in a fantastic modern 2 -bed 2-bathroom second floor flat 10 minutes walk from Chichester High St.

I am looking for somebody to share with from March 23rd March 2019, (present flat-sharer moving out).

The rent is £895 a month (shared equally= £447.50 each) plus bills which are approximately:
(council tax= £80 each, broadband= £11 electric= £30 approx).
There is a secured entrance to the block of flats, communal areas are cleaned weekly by contractors and the communal gardens are also maintained (all included in the rent). There is an allocated parking place for the flat plus visitor parking. Parking is available on the road with the purchase of a permit.

The available room is an unfurnished good-sized double with a separate bathroom.

There is a large fridge and washing-machine in the kitchen and I have crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking dishes available. I have furnished the living room with TV, sofa, dining table and chairs.
