Use of all other facilities, own larder and fridge and freezer shared with one other. Ample parking and large garden. Must like animals as we have a cat and small dog. Friendly sociable couple who respect peoples privacy.
Suitable for a working professional(prefer normal working hours, no shift work).
Rural location so car is really essential although only five min drive from centre of Chichester we are not on a bus route and nearest station is a 15/20 min walk away.
