The house is FULLY licensed by the local authority and in compliance with all the rules and regulations for letting rooms. This includes all the fire, health and safety precautions professionally fitted & maintained in the house.

The room benefit with the opportunity to store bikes, suitcases and other stuff in the garage attached to the house. The room is fully furnished, comes with comfortable bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk & chair, coffee table + TV in the room.

Professional house cleaning is taken care of for communal areas and all utility bills are included in the rent.

The house is a minute away from the bus stop with bus N100 (24/7) that takes you direct to Crawley town centre, Three Bridges station, Manor Royal, Gatwick airport and Redhill. From the new year there is additional bus fast rout service to manor royal from maidenbower, very quick and convenient for working there.

The house is in a lovely new condition, with big garden and garage available.

There is fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, iron board & iron etc), with diner/lounge, TV and super fast fibre optic broadband. There are 2 toilettes and 1 bathroom. There is a tumble dryer and additional fridge & freezer in the house available as well.
