One single room to rent in durrington.

Landlord and landlady live downstairs with their own bathroom, bedroom and lounge.

Upstairs are two bedrooms one double and one single (available) with shared use of living room and bathroom with other tennant.
Kitchen is upstairs with shared use with flatmate and landlords. We have a cat which is kept downstairs at all times. One parking space available. all bills included.

Flatmate works full time and landlords are retired. Very happy, calm and warm household.

Close to petrol station and big tescos.

Single room had single orthopedic bed which moves bed up and down. Wardrobe, chest of. drawers and desk. Airing cupboard in bedroom with a lot of space.
