Double room to rent in professional household

I have a double room to rent, furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of draws. Looking for a professional who is clean and tidy and easy to get on with. I work until late most days so will be out of the house most of the time. I also have a 7 year old cavachon dog who is very friendly. I have a garden which is lovely in the summer, I do smoke but only outside. There is a bus stop for the 700 bus at the end of the road and Angmering train station is ten minutes walk away. Close to asda and local shops. There is parking on the road in the cul de sac. £500 per month all bills included plus £500 deposit. Let me know if you would like to come and view the house and room!
