One large double room with ensuite.
One large room with shared bathroom and separate shower room.
One small double with shared bathroom and shower room.
The rooms are very clean and furnished, with TV points and Wifi. You will have use of the kitchen diner, laundry facilities and the conservatory, which has a TV. We have three bathrooms in the house, of which two will be available to the tenants.
Off road parking available.
breakfast, evening meal and washing and ironing could be included at extra cost to be agreed.
All Bills will be included (Not food). You will have you own space in the freezer and the fridge.
We are looking for an employed professional person, but will consider a student, depending on references and guarantees.
