Double room ensuite

We have a spare room in a nice spacious property situaed about 15 minutes drive or bus ride to the centre of worthing and worthing station. There are 4 bedrooms, sitting room, dining room and fully fitted kitchen with laundry facilities including a tumble dryer. In addition there is also a cloakroom. The room we are renting is a double room ensuite. It is virtually self contained within the property. This is is a lovely bright sunny room with a patio garden leading from the french double glazed doors. It has a double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV , small desk and chair if required. There is also Sky TV available. The floor is solid wood oak with a rug to match the curtains. The house is centrally heated and is double glazed throughout. We are a friendly couple and are looking to rent to a nice easy going sort of person. The property is very clean and tidy and we would be looking for someone who is also clean and tidy. Sunday lunch will be provided if required on an ad hoc basis. (The cook is pretty good!) There is a a garden at the rear of the property as well as the courtyard garden overlooked by the room we are renting. We have two small dogs who are nice and friendly so you will need to like animals.

There is lots of parking available and lots of loft storage space with the access within the room. Our last tenant was very happy here and only left because he is going abroad.

Please note that for couples the rent is £650 per month.
