I have a large, bright double room available to let with a separate lounge (not shared), bathroom & toilet. There is a large garden & off road parking plus the South Downs are within walking distance from my home. There is a bus route to town & a small parade of shops & takeaways nearby.
I have two friendly dogs and enjoy a quiet home life. My girlfriend also stays over along with her dog.
I would expect a tenant to be clean, tidy & respect my privacy as I would theirs.
I would prefer a person who likes a quiet home environment.
