You will need to like dogs as I have a very friendly terrier who likes to poke her nose into everything!
The house is conveniently situated for access to A23 for Crawley, Horsham, Gatwick and London to the north and Brighton, Hove and Worthing to the south. It is just a few minutes walk to mainline railway station, approx 10 minutes journey to Brighton and 50 minutes to London.
I have a large garden with patio and beautiful views over farmland.
The drive has space for several cars. Nearby there is a local pub, golf course and petrol station, the village is not far away providing a good range of shops for everyday needs.
The stunning South Downs National Park is close by.
