5 month let, double room in a quiet, friendly house

Hi, we have a double room in our home available for the right tenant, a 5 minute walk to the station, 2 minutes to Sainsbury's, and 7 or 8 minutes to the leisure centre.

Initially the room will only be available until January 2015.

We are a professional couple who mainly work in London Mon - Fri but do work from home on occasion. We're quiet, friendly and considerate and would like a similar house mate to join us.

The room is a good size double with an existing king size bed but this can be removed if needed.

There is limited off road parking which could accommodate a small car if required, and there is also a garage to store a bike of any sort in.
