This house is located in Bolnore Village and i absolutely lovely. It has all the amenities you need, kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The Living room has an amazing sofa (perfect for movie nights!), awesome TV, and a nice dining table.

The 1st floor comprises of two double bedrooms (including one on offer), the top floor there is a large office (which will be locked while the owner is away) and a double bedroom occupied by me! (female teacher, age 30) and a family bathroom with shower over bath (perfect for bubble baths after a long day at work).

There is a small garden. There is even a hammock if you want to catch some sunshine!

Other things include: Sky TV, wireless internet, and ADT Monitored security alarm.

** Available to working professionals as a house-share while the owner-occupier (female, mid-30s) is overseas with work. Owner will return on December 7th and resume living in the house (with lovely little dog, so longer term rents would need to be okay with that).
