Hello, my name is Jenny and I'm a live-in landlady.

This is a lovely, modern flat which is just over a year old. It's in an ideal location that's only 5 minutes walk from the Princess Royal Hospital, 5 minutes drive (20 minutes walk) from Haywards Heath High Street, and has very easy access to the A272. Despite all of this it is very peaceful and quiet.

The room is a spacious, south facing, fully furnished double, with plenty of storage space owing to the large wardrobe and dressing tables. It is ready to move into right now, and is available for the next 6 months.

I am looking for a lady aged 23 – 36 years, who is considerate and tidy. I am a 28 year old professional woman working locally.
