Double Bedroom in House with Garden and Parking

Hello,

A room in our house has become available as the current occupier is moving in with her boyfriend. Those of us remaining are all professionals - two of us work in the hospital in HH, the other housemate commutes to London, and we are looking for another professional to take the vacant room. The place was brand new in 2013 and everything is still in excellent condition. The shared living area is part furnished as the housemate leaving will be taking quite a few items - we will furnish this, however if you have any furniture you would like to bring that would be welcome. The bedroom would also need furnishing. There is a small south east facing garden, which gets lots of sun, perfect for BBQs. There is also a small shed outside with space for bikes. We like to keep clean and tidy; though we are not fanatical about it, but slobs not welcome! We are fairly sociable but are also happy to do our own thing.

There is potential for the room to be available from a later date. Please just ask about dates.
