Double room, old property central Hurstpierpoint

Double room available Mon - Fri only available until end of Sept. Room in a spacious maisonette on the High Street in Hurstpierpoint.

It's not ensuite but I only use the top bathroom ( near your bedroom) to shower, otherwise I use the bathroom on the lower floor.

Private parking at the rear of the property.

Easy commute to Crawley / Gatwick and Brighton and even London ( an hour by train).

It's an old property on three floors, with a large deck that looks out onto the park. There are two toilets, shower, plus separate room with a bath, kitchen, sitting room, three bedrooms and another room I use as an office.

There are two room at the top of the house, yours and another one which is not occupied.

It's me and my small, 13 year old Jack Russell at home, my children are young adults and live in London. I work mainly from home and in London one day a week. Out in the evening several times a week due to a range of activities.

Living on the High Street means everything is handy including, fruit & veg shop, co-op, pubs/ bars coffee shops, restaurants, village cinema, health centre, library etc.
