Spare room to let, Has a double bed in it and a built in wardrobe but not a huge room so not a lot of spare space.

I am looking for a clean and tidy person who will be respectful of my home. Just had a new kitchen and bathroom so this is essential .
I work full time n shifts, live a simple life, n am looking for a like minded person to share my home.
Close to train station and 30 mins away from Brighton by car
My bathroom is downstairs, as my house used to be a 2 up 2 down, some people can't cope with walking through the lounge for a shower, but after a while it becomes the norm
I have my grandkids stay or visit most weekends, they are 4yrs and 5yrs and 6yrs old, so can be very noisy n lots of toys left laying around, and when they stay can get up very early So if you don't like kids or noise or my family popping round then maybe my house isn't for you
My boyfriend stays regularly, he's house trained and is around every weekend and some evenings
If your looking for a quiet serene house mine definitely isn't for you, BUT if you love family life and young kids and a good old chat whilst watching soaps or big brother and my two labradoodle who are bundles of bounce n energy laying on your feet whilst you watch TV with your dinner on your tray or looking at you with his big eyes as he wants a walk then contact me
