Hello, there are two spacious, furnished double rooms for rent in a house which is 5 minutes walk away from Lancing station and near the seafront. One of the room has a view of the garden, the other one is nice and light with a bay window.
We have 2 bathrooms (a bath in one and a shower in the other) and there is a drive for parking at the front and off road parking, so no parking permit needed.
The housemates are tidy, sociable and work full time.
It would be good to house share with someone who has a similar working pattern and of a similar age (20s-30s). Please contact me on here.
