I have two wonderful rooms available for rent in Lancing. The house is furnished and kitchen is very well equipped with safe appliances. The house has two parking spaces, beautiful garden and extra storage facility.
The house is located in a very safe area near the sea ( 5 minutes walk) and close to the train station. Lancing train station has direct trains to Brighton, Portsmouth and London Victoria.
Supermarkets and cafes are located within a short walking distance from the house (less than 5 minutes).
Rent includes broadband and council bill, it excludes gas, electricity and water bills.
A little bit about me: I'm in full time employment, friendly, clean and quiet.
