Double and Single room on Shoreham/Lancing Border

Right on the Shoreham / Lancing borders, one street in from the beautiful widewater lagoon and Shoreham beach, I have a lovely double room to rent.

I also have a single room which I'm not in a rush to rent. It's a smaller room but has great storage both under the bed and with a massive wardrobe and is a relatively cheap way to live in a lovely house - £410 inc all bills.

Furniture optional - feel free to bring your own. I can provide a double bed or bring one.

If living with a friendly, professional, 36 yo, F, Scottish gal and always getting a big welcome home from Timmy, my flat coat retriever is your idea of home then read on.

It's a chilled out 3 bedroom house that's all just been recently decorated. The house has a fantastic garden with a real BBQ (perfect for summer BBQ's).

I like to share the house with someone who has their own life and sometimes, we might pass like ships in the night or want our own space but equally when we are both home, it's great to be able to have a chat over a cup of tea, glass of wine or dinner.

Large living room, modern kitchen, broadband, washing machine, plenty of free on street parking. Shops and the 700 bus (which goes every 10 minutes all day and regularly at night to Brighton in 30 mins) are just round the corner. It's a 10 -15 minute ish walk to Shoreham Train Station. I cycle into Brighton most days.
