We are looking for a friendly new housemate for our beautiful house in Littlehampton. The current housemates all get along really well and socialise together, having BBQs in the lovely south facing garden or watching sporting events on TV. The age range of current tenants is 21-35. The house is kept clean and tidy and we expect housemates to be respectful and considerate to one another.

The house is 5 minutes walk from the train station and town centre. It has a gorgeous WOW factor dinning kitchen with spacious dinning/lounge area and patio doors opening out onto the garden; there are 2 large fridge freezers so plenty of fridge space for everyone. There is a flatscreen TV in the lounge/dinning area.

There is one double rooms available and it is fully furnished to a high standard. There are 2 lovely shower rooms.

A cleaner visits once every two weeks to service the communal areas.

Minimum stay is 6 months, so the new housemates must see this house as a home to live in, not just a place to sleep.

The house is managed by private landlords who are very friendly and approachable.

The whole house has super fast wireless broadband so you can stream videos at ease. Bills are all inclusive, so no need to worry about putting money aside.
