This is the house share for you if a quiet semi rural retreat just north of Chichester is wanted. The landlord(that's me!) works away very often. So you would have the house to yourself most of the time. The house is on a cycle lane, 15 minutes to the University (average fitness),on a bus route or 10 minute drive to Chichester. There is a garden to sit in or great countryside walks from the doorstep. Unrestricted no problem parking.

Would like to share with a friendly professional person, ideally with another post-graduate or mature student(have been sharing with same for last 2 years) who is respectful of the home and cleans up after themselves.
All normal domestic facilities are available-tumble drier, washing machine etc. The sharer will have use of all living areas and garden. Energy and utility bills are included but not tv or broadband.
