Single Bedroom available in Family home

Hello,

The room avaiable is a single room in our family home. Its a good size house, but the room is small (which is reflected in the rent) .
We are a family of 4, Mum 25, dad 32, 2 children aged 3 & 6.
We are easy to get along with and require the same from you. Along with being honest and reliable you would need to not mind noisy mornings, as our boys wake up at 7.
All bills are include in the rent and we would provide you with your own fridge in the kitchen, along with selve space in the cupboards.

We dont have the fanciest of homes, but its clean, tidy, warm and welcoming.
You would have share of the one bathroom we have (down satirs loo being decorated!) and the rest of the house is yours to share with us, respectfully. We have a garden, garage for storage and we keep chickens too. So if you like eggs....we always have too many!

If you like the sound of our family and think youd like to meey us and see the room then please get in touch. Because we have children, we will be scrupulous with who we accept....and we would like 2 referances. We dont require a deposit, just a months rent up front.
