The room is a large double room with a double bed, fitted and free standing wardrobes, desk and dresser. You will have shared use of sitting room, kitchen/diner, bathroom, shower room, utility room. There are 3 parking spaces. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely village 3 miles south of Chichester centre.
You will be sharing with myself, William, my girlfriend, Meriel and a very nice (quiet) lodger called Stuart who has the downstairs bedroom!!!
Meriel and I have a 10 year old Birman cat called Minbu and we have a puppy Briard called Digby (they are both beautiful).
