Double room for rent in Nutbourne

We are a shared household, it is my parents house, they live abroad in Antigua and have done for 2 and a half years.

We are looking to fill our double room, with a kingsize bed, a small internal wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk and built in shelves and cupboards. The bathroom will be shared.
Short walk to Nutbourne or Southbourne train station and very close to bus stops.

There is two lounges, wifi access, small driveway and a large garden. The kitchen/diner is open plan with a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We have two cats who come and go and I have a small puppy.

We are pretty flexible on who we live with, as long as you don't mind giving me a hand around the house with a few chores!

A deposit of £200 will be required and bills are £130 per month.
