This is a fabulously located house in the town, footbridge (5 mins) and mainline station (5 mins) with parking available in the road. The Co-op is within a couple of minutes walk as are great restaurants, teashops, antique shops etc.

The house was built 2011 and has a kitchen with combination boiler for constant hot water, bathroom with bath and separate shower and downstairs toilet.

The downstairs is open plan with a sitting room/diner separated by bi-fold doors. The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. There is a sunny courtyard garden which is half decked.

The bedroom has a double bed with carpets and blinds, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The room is available to a referenced and credit checked employed (not self-employed - sorry) non-smoking professional on an AST with 1 months notice, with a deposit of £500. Rent is payable in advance in cleared funds on the first of the month. Additional charges: referencing £20 and one off £50 mandatory end cleaning added to the first months rent.
