Spacious room to rent - available Jan

I have a spacious double room for rent in my home! The room currently has a double bed, a bedside table and built in wardrobe so is ready to move into, but if you have your own furniture, happy to accommodate that also!

A bit about the house, it's a new townhouse on shoreham beach, about a 5 min walk from the beach which is lovely in the summer. It has a kitchen / diner, living room, two bathrooms and then two double bedrooms. It also has a balcony which leads to a nice big garden which is great for BBQs!

I am not desperate for someone to move in and am looking for someone who can fit in perfectly and we can be happy living together. I have a cat, squeeze, who is very lovely and cuddly, but also a bit temperamental so someone who likes cats would be preferred. I am also happy if someone has a dog, as the cat has previously lived with a dog (he didn't enjoy it but it's tough!) but rather not someone with another cat.

A bit about me, I work in London so work some long hours but enjoy chilling out with a glass of wine watching TV or cooking a meal so would be great if someone wants to move in who is happy to chip in together!

The move in date is flexible can be anytime in Jan but I am keen to get the right person.
