My name is Zuzana and I have a furnished double room in my 2 bedroom house to rent in Shoreham-by-Sea, King George Rd. Use of shared bathroom and kitchen. Available immediately.

I'm a 31 years old Marketing Executive working in Hove. I'm a non-smoker. I'm clean and tidy, quiet and respectful. I try to keep myself busy and those evenings I spend at home I just chill and watch tv or am on my laptop. This is definitely not a party house but a home.

I live in a quiet residential area but only a minute walk away from Old Shoreham Road and very close to Shoreham bypass. Holmbush shopping area is only 10min walk with a big M&S and Tesco, etc. Southwick train station is 15min walk away and so is the lovely seafront. Free onstreet parking is available outside the house.

The available room is a light furnished good sized double overlooking the garden. There is a big kitchen with plenty of storage and all appliances, including: a toaster and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The bathroom comes with a shower over bath and storage. Broadband is also available.

I am looking for a quiet, clean and tidy, non-smoking professional as a lodger who must be respectful.
