Double Room in Sompting with Separate Bathroom

We are looking for a professional female to rent our spare room on the ground floor with 90% use of a separate shower and toilet a few feet away. The bathroom will be fitted with a shower as soon as possible.

We are a very easy going married couple and will respect anyone's privacy. We are looking for someone who is respectful of our home and reasonably tidy.

Its an airy double room and is fully furnished with a chest of drawers and a 3-door wardrobe. We have both broadband and sky. All bills included.

About the house: 4-bed chalet, downstairs features the room for rent, our guest bedroom, shared kitchen, the downstairs bathroom, living room, conservatory, large garden.
Upstairs: owners study, owners bedroom and en-suite.

There are very good transport links - buses runs along our road that go into Worthing town centre or Lancing train station. Very easy access to A27.

There is also plenty of parking.

We do have three pets - two cats and a rabbit.
