Stunning panoramic views of the South downs and conveniently located close to lancing station and bus routes into Brighton and Worthing.
The room it's self has a double bed a wardrobe and TV connection point fast wifi broadband is available at no extra cost its a good sized room in a warm cosy flat.
In the lounge which you are free to use is Virgin media TV .
Kitchen has everything you need along with washing machine there are drying facilities just downstairs at the laundrette.
Bathroom has a bath and shower
