Female lodger wanted.
Unfurnished double room with amazing views - not overlooked by anybody or anything - in a large property that has been completely refurbished.

Shared accommodation with a professional mum and her 8 year old (who love dancing, camping and being out) and a long standing Polish lodger (who has a passion for climbing, the fire brigade and bread).
We are all very tidy - be warned.
We are shift workers - day/night/weekends so it is not a 9-5 household.

We are looking for a female as the room is upstairs in the 'girl zone'. Someone who is responsible, tidy and kind.
Ideally would have experience working in health/social care/schools and a CRB check would be handy.
Boy/girlfriends can potentially stay over but no more than 3 nights a week and not until we know you and feel safe.
Initially the contract would be for 3 months to get to know each other.
