The room is a small double with a single bed over looking a large garden.
The room is furnished and recently decorated.
My bungalow is a 3 bed detached dwelling.
There is a TV in the snug which will require a fire stick if you'd like to use it.
I have my own lounge.
I'm looking for a professional person to rent this room for up to a year, though shorter lets would be considered.
The rent includes, council tax (band D), utility bills and Wi-Fi and a 2 weekly cleaner for the house and room.
I'm a former nurse and semi retired artist working from home.
The West Worthing area is quiet and relaxed.
My house is in a quiet road, 5mins walk to the shops and bars, 12 mins to the beach, 7 mins to West Worthing train station and 5 mins from the nearest bus stop. The house is about a 20-25 min walk into town.
The kitchen has two cupboards and two drawers for your use. It includes a washing machine, dryer, cooker, microwave oven and dining table.
There is access to the shower room, snug, kitchen diner and garden.
There is free on street parking if you have a car.
No over night stays for another person. Not suitable to home working or night workers. I also have a cat.
Strictly NO smokers or vapers.
All applicant need to be up to date with their covid and seasonal flu vaccinations.
Professional people need apply.
The room is available from Saturday 1st June 2024.
