Fully furnished double room in a lovely, quiet house in West Worthing. The house is south of the railway line, 10 mins from both Worthing and West Worthing train stations, 10 mins from town centre and the sea front.
£420 a month for Monday to Friday, £500 for full time, all bills included. Available from the 8th of September 2014. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is easy-going and happy in themselves.
The house is a georgian style mews, all furniture and decorations are new, very quiet and there's use of a well-fitted kitchen and dining room, leading out to the sunny garden. There's wifi, a lounge and two bathrooms. Also, parking on the road is good.
