My property is situated within a quiet cul-de-sac in West Worthing, within walking distance of West Worthing train station, the seafront, and regular bus stops servicing The Pulse, 700 and Compass route 8. We also have a local shopping parade at Goring Road. It is also possible to walk to the town centre in around 20 minutes.

My home is a 5 bedroom property with rear garden, car port, garage, front garden, dining room, lounge with large screen TV & Sky, large kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, all the utensils and cooking instruments you would usually find in a kitchen, and you would also have shared use of fridge. I do have a large chest freezer in the garage.

The rent includes use of, washing machine & dryer, your room, gas, electric, water rates, council tax and broadband.

The room is a double room at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It has just been re-decorated, and has a 4ft 6 bed with brand new luxury mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, carpet and curtains.

Although not an en-suite the room is adjacent to the main bathroom, which is only in use by my 26 year old son. The bathroom has a large walk in power shower, a jacuzzi bath, toilet and large sink/vanity unit.
The room is available at £450 per calendar month. Payable in advance in addition to the (refundable) £250 deposit. There is no fixed period you must stay for, but I would ask that a month's notice be given should you wish to leave.

I am fairly easygoing but expect my housemates to be considerate and tidy.
