We are 4 minutes walk to West Worthing station and walking distance to the town centre, with a lovely walk down Grand Avenue to the beach and promenade.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen/breakfast room, lounge area and a new extension with a utility room with washing machine and separate dryer.
There is a 2nd downstairs shower room ( the shower can be private use of the new housemate)
And we have a beautiful newly designed 90ft south facing garden with banquette seating and fire pit area.

Available for females only.

Housemate can use all areas of the house but must keep it clean and tidy, as you will find it.
The ideal housemate would be a full time professional or full time student. (no home workers please.)
