Lovely clean double room available - double bed, built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. The house is a four bedroom, three-story, semi-detached with modern amenities. The two bedrooms would share a bathroom. Lovely big conservatory dining room and shared living room and modern kitchen.

Living in the house are myself and my 23 year old daughter who both work full time. We have two cats who have free roam of the house but are very clean and friendly. Potential lodger must be a cat person. The cats are outdoor cats so very well trained.

There is plenty of on-street parking and an empty garage.

Bills are included in the price (except food) and includes broadband WiFi and Sky+ TV. Loads of tea and coffee, an instant hot water tap, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Westergate is only a 10 min car journey from Chichester and is close to Barnham railway station.

This is an easygoing, quiet house and the room would best suit a professional person but students more than welcome.
