The house is on three floors with a massive sunny lounge and kitchen/diner on the middle floor. You will be sharing with four other professional people.
The bedrooms all have their own en-suite shower-rooms and the whole house is very much up together. There is a utility room where you can do your washing and drying inside or out (on the small back patio) depending on the weather.
This is a really great place to live within easy walking distance of the town centre, the beach and the station.

The council tax is £25 pm. and included in the rent.
The utility bills (gas, elec and water)are shared between the tenants. There is broadband available on the same basis.

The room we have available is a lovely attic room with en-suite shower. It is fully furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe and quite a bit of storage in the eaves.
