Our current lodger is moving out after 2 happy years and we are looking to let the room again.
The family consists of me Denise, I'm an admin manager, Peter my husband is a teacher and we have a 17 year old daughter Phoebe. We are a very friendly household. Would prefer someone to stay at least 6 months. The room is furnished with a double bed wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside table and lamps.
We don't want someone who is going to play loud music all night long or fill our home with strangers. On the other hand if you like us we are easy going and you can sit in the garden or use the conservatory. We are not extremely house proud its a home and we all muck in together. Included in the cost is shelves in the fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboards, use of washing machine and tumble drier and all bills.
Don't mind if you are a student looking for a sanctuary or a single working adult that is looking for somewhere. Definitely non smoker please.
We are close to West Worthing station and bus routes so you can access Brighton easily or Chichester.
