2 double bedrooms ground floor flat

This is a 2 bedrooms ground floor flat near worthing train station. I'm looking for someone who can rent either the big bedroom (£185 per week for couples or the small double bedroom (£120 per week for single occupant only). Both bedrooms come with their own bathroom. If you prefer to rent the whole flat the price will be £280 per week with all bills inclusive or £225 per week without bills .

The big bedroom is an en suite bedroom furnished with a king size bed, built in wardrobe, tv and a tall chest of drawers. while small bedroom is currently furnished with one bedside tall cabinet and one wardrobe. Bed and mattress is currently not there but can be provided. My current tenants have their own mattress and sofa which they will bring with them when they move out. You may buy your mattress and sofa, but these can easily be provided.

There is only one allocated parking space available for this flat, so will be ideal for people who only has one car.

Bills and council tax are all inclusive, these include the use of washing machine, dish washer, broadband and tv. The flat is also well located, it's only a 2-3minutes short walk from Worthing train station and it's close to A23 and A27

Payment is to be made every week or fortnightly via standing order.

Both rooms or the whole flat is available from 5th November onwards. Only long term renters will be considered, with minimum rent of 1 year.
