*Recently redecorated double room for single occupancy (although we could negotiate a reasonable price for couples). Furnished - furniture due to arrive this week!!

*Use of kitchen (including electric cooker, fridge freezer, new washing machine and new tumble dryer)

*Shared bathroom with bath & shower

*Use of WIFI, Living room has 46" TV, use of phone (evenings and weekends) (at no extra cost)

*Close to park, local amenities and transport links (There is a local bus service a few minutes walk from the property, Barnham train station is approximately a 5 minute drive)

* Quiet street for parking your car

*Good location for Arundel, Chichester, Bognor and Littlehampton. Within commuting distance of Brighton (approx 40 min)and London (approx 1. 5 hour)

* Rent £400 (including bills - Council tax, water rates, gas, electric, TV License)
