I live in a quiet semi rural nice estate within easy commuting to Leeds, Wakefield, York and surrounding areas. Leeds is 20 mins in the car and York is 35 mins.
This is a great place to live if you enjoy cycling or walking or bird watching - as we are in between two RSPB nature reserves!!
The house is large, well kept with 3 bathrooms/toilets, a lounge, kitchen and dinning room, conservatory and utility room.
