Hi there,

I have a two bedroom property in Armley, Leeds (about a 5 minute drive from the city centre) and on close to the M62 for traveling to Manchester/London.

The house has 2 large double bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, cellar and front garden. The house is fully furnished and comes with all bills included!

I am friendly, like to have a chat and pretty much get on with most people. I am looking for a housemate I will get on with and can socialize with but also have my own space.

I like to do things on a weekend whether that be seeing family or friends, going for long walks, trying out new places to eat/drink etc.

I like to live in a clean house and expect the housemate to share the house chores with me on a weekly/fortnightly basis. Not up for weekday parties but open to having friends round on a weekend.
