Buddy up in bingley! Now fully furnished

I live in a large three bed terraced in bingley with my housemate.

He's making arrangements to move out and I don't really want to leave the house so looking for a housemate/buddy up to take his place.

As oppose to a normal house share where you only get the one room - with this you get the whole house (except my room). There is a spare bedroom that is currently a chill out room (with 21 games consoles in).

Bills arnt included but these are around another £100.

The room itself is massive. It comes with pine bed frame, mattress, Tv stand, unused duvet and pillow set, desk and cabinet.

The entire loft room of the house with own stair case. The carpets a little dated but clean and functional as well is the rest of the room.

As for me, I'm called Luke and I work in Leeds city centre as a professional. Monday to Friday I'm at work and Saturday nights I'm at my partners so they'll be a lot of time I'm not there.

I come with one very well behaved cat who likes a cuddle (when she gets to know you).

The room will be available approximately July but can be arranged for later if need be.

There is on street parking as well if anyone drives.
