ONLY 4 MINUTE WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION - Direct trains to Leeds (12 mins), Bradford, Skipton, Ilkley and Shipley

Ideally looking for a female house mate
I'm a 31yr old male and have my own on-line business (KICO Products)
Sensible and responsible but knows how to have some silly fun too!
Very easy to get on with, polite, helpful etc...
I workout daily running along the canal or swimming at the Bingley pool
I work flexible hours Mon/Fri but work very long hours during our Christmas rush
I take up one of two car parking spaces available to us
I'm pretty clean and tidy so would definitely require a house mate to be the same!
Looking for somebody who is socially active and up for a drink every now and then whether in or 4mins away in the centre of Bingley where there are great bars and restaurants
Oh, and you can feed the baby ducks and swans from the balcony too!
