Double room available in lovely suburban house

Hi I'm Ashlee Shimbles,

I have a lovely (huge!! the photos really don't do it justice!) double room available to rent in my 3 bedroom semi detached house in Cottingley, Bingley.

It comes fully furnished, including a king sized bed and a full wall of built in wardrobes.

All bills are included.

The house consists of: gardens front and rear, driveway and garage (space for storage), kitchen, dining room (with sliding patio doors leading to the back garden which is nice to have in the Summer), living room, hallway, 2 double bedrooms (one is mine,) and a single bedroom (which is unoccupied), bathroom is separate from the toilet, and there is a boarded loft (which means more storage space!)

The house is in a lovely area of Cottingley, 15 mins drive from Bradford City Centre, 5 mins drive from Saltaire/Bingley. If my ideal tenant doesn't drive - not to worry as there are bus stops 5 mins walk away.
