Room available in Bradford city centre down north parade street. Quiet street with a huge sash window and lovely view, close to Forster train station, only 20 minutes on the train to Leeds. Bills included.

This is a 2 bedroom apartment, I am looking for someone to take a room who is over 40, vegan or vegetarian and likes cats. I have two old boys (cats) who are indoor cats (have had a lifetime of outdoors but now indoors) and friendly.

The apartment is situated on two floors. Your room is on the ground floor, there is a very spacious living room and kitchen area and my room is upstairs. It’s a great layout for two housemates sharing.
