Hi I'm a live in landlord, The single room has a bed and a wardrobe, it also has an antenna for tv. The house is fully furnished washer, dryer, cooker, fridge, broadband all the usuall and has a back garden with a conservatory .There's a garage and a car port so there's no worry for parking. if you drive to work the m62 is a 5minute drive and about 15 min drive to Bradford and 10 to Halifax. There's also a bus stop around the corner which goes to Halifax and Bradford. The house is close to a pub, takeaway and a shop, there's also 2 tesco stores within 10 minute driving distance. I'm laid back and dont mind if people are around as long as the mess is cleaned up the next day, i usually work away but am home almost every weekend and I stay there with my girlfriend.
