We are seeking a third person to join our quiet but friendly household. Our home is a 19th century through terrace with many original features and lots of character. We're very close to nature here but only 3 miles from the city centre.
The environment, recycling, reducing plastic and landfill is very important to us so we'd really like someone who shares our values. Vegetable and fruit peelings go to a local allotment! Lovely walks through the local woods.
We're close to bus and rail links, and there is on-road parking spaces available.
We share the kitchen, bathroom and living room, and bills are paid on the same day every month, starting on the 1st day of your tenancy.
You must be a quiet, well organised person in employment.
Sorry but no self-employed or working from home.
Must be in employment and not claiming benefits.
