Large loft room available to rent. This is a 3 story house, i am 30 and looking for a lodger to help with the cost of living. The room to rent is unfurnished however you are welcome to make it your own. There is a single built up bed which you can use and a clothes rail. There is a small television in the room. No internet although you are welcome to have this put in i just personally use my phone for everything! All your bills are included apart from food. It is only a 10 minute walk from the city centre.
